Healthy Banana Bread Recipe (gluten free)

This is my favorite, super easy & healthy Banana Bread recipe! Takes about 5 minutes prep time:) Try adding walnuts & cinnamon!

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Total Time: 55 minutes

Yield: Clean Dessert, gluten free, Paleo

Healthy Banana Bread Recipe (gluten free)

Ingredients

  • 3-4 overripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g (1 cup) ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp apple sauce
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line a 26cm (10 inch) loaf pan with parchment paper or grease with coconut oil
  2. Puree / blend all ingrdients
  3. Fill into the loaf pan
  4. Bake for 40-50 mins. at 175°C (350°F) - decorate with banana slices after 10-15 mins. (optional)
